Returns & Exchange

What is your return policy?

Towels, Bathrobes: Exchange or return within 48 hours of delivery.

Bedsheets, Duvets, Pillows: Exchange or return within 14 days of delivery.

All items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original packaging.

Are any items non-returnable? 

For hygiene reasons, pillows and pillow inserts cannot be returned once opened.
What if my item arrives damaged?

We will replace it immediately.
Please contact us within 48 hours with your order details and a photo of the issue.
